Does at and t network block network access to unknown servers...

Hi All,

I am trying to make a server connection for one of my app for At and t and it seems to be blocked as i don't get the needed response.

I feel its not hitting the server. The same application works in another carrier.

Is there something to be done. Do suggest something .
