I don't think there is such a thing as a stupid question. I have read some of the suggestions here and, although I am not sure if it would work, I found a way to get apps on my phone that ATT might otherwise block. Could work for you too. I removed my SIM card, jumped on a wifi network and downloaded to my hearts content. Too cool.

By the way, I love your avatar.

Solano that will just show you the stuff ATT has blocked from the Market because they dont want you using it..
What theyre talking about is being able to grab an actual apk file and install it to the phone..
That can only be done by either using a sideloading app, or the easiest way is to change a couple files on the phone and be able to do it directly from a file manager like Root Explorer just by clicking on it...

When I use Titanium Backup it wants me to turn USB debugging on and keep it on it seems , is that OK?.....like if I turn it off and try to open the app it will prompt me to turn it on.......what's that about?

Thanks Marvin , wasn't sure if it was essential.

In my excitement after rooting I deleted the AT&T apps , was that wise or should I have just "froze" them?
