No phone when browsing?

I am considering buying Dell Streak, but want to clarify all my doubts before placing the order. I just read on another forum, a Dell Streak owner can't receive any phone call when browsing Internet? According to the owner: His friend call him on the landline earlier and said she'd tried the mobile but it rang out and went to voice mail. He was browsing that time and there was no missed call registered. Does anyone have the same problem?
