If you just do a factory reset, the phone should still be rooted. If you reflash is using RSD Lite back to stock 13.37, then it will not be rooted.

It would be great if you could exaggerate on this a bit. How do we find the file(s) need to flash via RD Lite?

Well, there's already a detailed thread here I believe on how to flash your phone back using RSDLite, but you can find the .sbf files at M3.

Yes I didnt find anything initially but after searching some more I found the thread I linked to above.
