So you can get a 10% discount on your monthly AT&T bill just but buying a new phone through one of these links? Is there any other terms to the deal? Certain phones? New customers only?

Yea that's basically it. You just have to use the links in the actually deal so they can track that you actually purchased a phone and aren't lying. It's for new and existing customers, as long as you buy a phone.
