Short cuts not working

This is a discussion on Short cuts not working within the General Discussions forums, part of the AT&T Android Forum category; The short cut sometimes opens the application, but most of the time it does not. How can I fix it....

    Short cuts not working

    The short cut sometimes opens the application, but most of the time it does not. How can I fix it.

    Odd problem. You might try a simple reboot first. If that doesn't do it, a factory reset might do it, though you'll lose all your settings, apps, etc.
