If you want to stream your OWN music from your PC to your phone via your wireless home network...try Gmote. You can get it from android market. It will let you use the phone as a remote control for your PC or you can make it play your MP3's to your phone. Won't use playlists yet but it will shuffle play your files.

Yea, Pandora, Last.FM and Slacker are good, Cherry Rplayer is really good too.. you can get some local stations and Shoutcast and Icecast stations streamed too
