Best MP3 Conversion Software?

Hi, I just bought my wife a backflip... I'm an iPhone use who has a ton of legally purchased music... downside is it's all DRM'd. What is the best software for converting DRM music to MP3 so I can load her phone with a lot of music... Also... I can't wait to use an android phone... I've been looking to get rid of my iPhone and am eagerly looking forward to using it before here... lol

They all have different looking GUIs and some have some extra features here and there but they all do the job.
