there are some versions of his rom that is deblurred. they seem stable now, i still stay away from them though.

I noticed that the newest version of j_r0dd's ROM comes with JIT. What exactly is JIT and should I upgrade from 1.5 to 1.6 just to get it?

JIT, i don't believe it worked properly on the phone and was taken back out of the build. been a bit since i've read the release notes.

and i just went and checked on it, JIT is indeed back in now. I'll be grabbing the new version. if it's working properly, you DO want JIT on ur phone, lol

a quicky on JIT, it's a compiler that executes the code differently, allowing for better performance and better battery.

Yes, it is back in an working. It was ported over from the Cliq JIT code that Motorola back-ported from Android 2.2 for the Cliq 2.1 upgrade.
