I'm facing a problem with the bluetooth

I'm getting an error like "Paired but not connected". Can any one tell me why it is happening. I selected both discoverable and bluetooth on..what else i have to do. I can see other bluetooth profiles on my mobile. Please reply to this with a solution.

What are you trying to connect to your phone? A headset? car stereo? another phone?

I'm tring to connect with other mobiles. I can pair the number but the error is like "paired but not connected". I have switched on the bluethoothon other mobile. It is visible on my mobile. My bluetooth name is also visible on other mobiles but not always.

in the case of 2 phones connecting the second (noninitiating) phone has to accept the connection

every thing is done, both the mobiles got identified and paired. But not connected.on the other moblie, it is showing "The other mobile is not supported". It means my mobile is not supporting. What to do in this case..??

I don't believe the Backflip supports transfers over bluetooth out of the box. You may try installing Bluetooth File Transfer to see if that will work for you.

Also, you didn't say what exactly you are wanting to do. I'm presuming you are wanting to transfer files/ringtones, but this is just a guess.

I tried with the bluetooth software installing Bluetooth File Transfer. But no use..wat to do..is there any solution are not..? will motorola back flip supports bluetooth file transfer..i'm very much worried about this..

Did you try going to Settings -> Wireless Controls -> Bluetooth Settings and clicking on your device on the bottom of that page to connect it ?
