My alarm won't stop going off every. ten. minuets. Please Help.

Hello, My name's Rachael, and I'm new to the forums. Hope every ones having a good day

Sooo, anyway. My backflip's touch screen stopped working about three months ago, and since I don't have insurance or anything, I've been managing. I can't use the touchscreen at all.

Last night I made the mistake of setting an alarm for nine o'clock in the morning, unaware that I can only dismiss the alarm by sliding DISMISS on the touch screen. It wont shut up. I can now only tap the keyboard to set it to snooze, which I have to do every ten minuets.

Every ten minuets it rings, or vibrates, and I can't make it stop repeating. It's very, very annoying, and also draining my battery ( Which is horrible to begin with)...

Any insight would be fantastic.

Honestly without being able to use the touchscreen I'm not sure what you can do. How did you set the alarm to start with? Can't you follow the same process to just turn the alarm off?
