Call Volume Non-Existent
Hello, I currently have a Motorola Backflip running 1.5 firmware. For some reason, I've had issues with the dial/in-call volume.
The problem is that I cannot hear the dial tone, nor the person speaking at all. I have to resort to turning on speaker every time, which works fine. I've tried using the side keys to increase the call volume to its max, but I still don't hear anything. If I plug in headphones, I can hear them though. I've tried downloading Volume Control and boosted the in call volume to its max, but still no dice.
Anyone have any help? Maybe I should upgrade to the new firmware? I'm not really sure at this point. I'm willing to re-try the things I've done to try to fix it, since perhaps somewhere along the way I messed up someone. Thanks all.

There is no dial tone to hear in cellular. However, it sounds like your phone is broken. Can you return it/exchange it? I don't think software is going to fix that problem.

I've had the phone for two years or so now, so I don't think so.
