Broke Backflip

I had to spend 2 hours at the AT&T store while they were on the phone running through tests to confirm my Backflip was indeed broke.
The 3 touch buttons on the bottom stopped working.
The whole touch screen seems to work most the time but not the 3 on the bottom.
I have to use the duplicate buttons on the keypad to do anything.
They are sending me a replacement but I'm stukk with this groke phone for a few days waiting on the replacement.
