selective ringtones

Is it possible to select "silent" and still allow favorites to ring thru?
My cheap Nokia could easily create profiles so I could be in a meeting and still get important calls. My first thought was to download a silent ringtone then select specified ringtone from the contact info.

Theres a program in the marketplace that will allow you to do this among other things. It's free and called foxyring. It will allow you to mark contacts as emergency contacts that will ring the phone when they call even though the phone is on vibrate or silent.
