New Samsung Skyrocket Owner

Hello all. i am a new Skyrocket owner. So far, I like the device but still trying to learn how to set everything up properly. I am receiving email from my comcast email account but can't figure out how to have messages sent via my phone back to my email account. Any one care to explain this to me.

Also, I have the Jawbone ERA and can't seem to get the voice dialing to work with the phone. Any sites you can direct me to on thise issue.

Finally, the voice commands on the phone aren't very accurately picked up. Anyway to train the device to respond better to my commands?
