Samsung Captivate Replacement Battery

I bought a secondary battery on amazon for my Galaxy S cell phone.

It works as long as the original battery.

I bought it because I had to charge my cell phone twice a day.
Now I use a AC Clip Charger to charge the second battery.

now I can just bring the battery with me and swap it out.
Works out well for me.

I recommend buying a second battery easier to swap out then being held hostage to a charger.

I've often thought about doing this.

How do you carry around the extra battery? Do you have a case or bag to protect the contacts?

I use an anti static bag to protect from moisture, dirt, and any other external elements that can damage the battery.

I would recommend if you can find the right size plastic battery holder case to use that.

I have noticed that when swapping batteries a lot I would have to delete my battery stats atleast once a week or my battery life would go to hell and 2 batteries would only last as long as one. So yesterday I received my extended battery from Amazon and I'll report back in a couple of days to let you know how it goes.
