Some wallpaper heip please!!

Hey everyone!! Been awhile since I've been here..Glad too be back!! Since the last time I posted I sent my Cap. in ... it just died!!! so they gave me a new one ,said they were having issues with them lately.
my problem maybe a very simple one for you guys here..I have a picture downloaded,looks perfect,go too send it
to wallpaper,still fits perfect.. but when it gets to the main screen its huge!
Now the same picture from the same site using the same process..this pictures fine! now my cropping dosent work worth a flip!!So I havent really used it at all. any ideas?? Thanks Dave
