    need help installing a different recovery other than stock

    well i got Rom Manager and i flashed to clockwork and when i went into recovery it was still the stock android system recovery (3e) i also reinstalled packages and it tells me it failed to verify whole-file signature and signature verification failed and that the installation was aborted.

    im running on 2.2 with stock rom of course

    can someone tell me what i did wrong and yes im rooted.
